Step 6: After that it will ask for the Bank details of Head of the Family Member you have to provide the bank details so that you can easily receive the subsidy in cash direct in your bank account and hit the submit button.
Step 7: Now the final step is you have to upload your scanned documents which you have uploaded in your computer or laptop, now click on preview button.
Step 8: Check all the details once again carefully, if everything is ok then click on “Submit” button otherwise click on edit once you submit the form you will receive the application number on your registered mobile number instead of this the same number will be appear on the screen.
Step 9: Note down or save this application number because via this application number you can track the status of your ration card either your card is made or not.
