- Applicant should come under Below Poverty Line (BPL) List.
- Applicant should possess a temporary ratio card or an expired card
List of Documents Required for Ration Card

- Aadhar card number
- Voter ID
- Bank account
- Requires LPG connection details of the applicant.

Step 1: First of all access the official site “Food and Civil Supplies Dept., Government of Uttar Pradesh” here: fcs.up.nic.in
Step 2: on home page you can see option Ration Card Apply Online.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number click on Next button
Step 4: You will receive the OTP on your mobile number enter it and click on proceed button.
Step 5: Now fill your personal details alongwith your family member details
Step 6: Now enter your bank details so that you can receive the subsidy your bank account directly
Step 7: Now upload the scanned copy of the above said documents
Step 8: Check all the details and finally click on “Submit” button
Step 9: Now you will receive the application number on your phone and screen as well you can take its print for future references.
With this application number you can track the status of your ration card either its made or not incase if its made you can contact your ration card distributor for the same or go alongwith the Xerox of your application status and take benefits of this scheme.
